As always with My Green Garden, Maria has run a fabulous class. Very informative, lots of tips and tricks, and no more reasons for not preserving everything we can lay our hands on!
BRIAN - PASSATA THE TRADITIONAL WAY March 2017
Last year I made passata at home, and it was a disaster! After doing this wonderful class, I now know where I went wrong and exactly what to do next year to ensure my success. Thanks, Maria - we wouldn't have missed this for anything. The class is fun and extremely informative, and we recommend it to anyone wanting to do something with their excess tomato crop.

The class was excellent. I needed ways to preserve and enjoy our tomato crop, and that's exactly what we got. Maria is an excellent teacher, and a lot of fun as well. I can't wait to do more classes with her.
MARION - ARTISAN PASTA - FETTUCCINE Sept 2016
Having owned a pasta machine for several years and never using it, I was pleasantly surprised to learn how easy it was. As to making the actual pasta, who knew how messy it is!! But at the same time, great fun and delicious to eat.
BRIAN - WINTER FRUIT TREE MAINTENANCE July 2017
We've done a couple of other classes about tree pruning, but Maria's class leaves them for dead! Her knowledge of fruit trees and their requirements is amazing, and her generosity in sharing that knowledge is really appreciated. The class is exceptional, and we highly recommend it to anyone wanting to know more about their fruit trees and how to care for them. Besides that, the morning tea we were served was absolutely delicious, including many of Maria's own preserves and scones.
