Georgie only started attending workshops at My Green Garden in 2017 but ended up coming to quite a few in her enthusiasm to convert her garden into a productive patch and fill her pantry with home made goodies.
PRESERVING THE SUMMER BOUNTY (Feb 2017)
Great learning morning on relish, canning fruit, pickle and strawberry jam . It was well planned and communicated with ease. Maria's knowledge was vast and was only too happy to answer questions etc. Lovely environment and great to do some tasting with coffee and Cake with others with similar interests.

This was my 2nd class with Maria , following on from Summer Bounty preserving , this consolidated information previously learnt , great presentation and use of time in relation to the tomato. Absolutely recommend Maria's classes ! Great value for information learnt.
ARTISAN PASTA - FETTUCCINE (April 2017)
We learnt how to make pasta ! Fantastic instruction from Maria ... Again ... Great structure to the lesson , lovely group of people all willing learners made for a very enjoyable morning. Great value & definately recommend this class.
