Learn how to preserve safely and the benefits of preserving with fruit! This demonstration will cover bottling seasonal fruit, making fruit jam and dehydrating fruit to avoid food waste, with recipes, giveaways and tastings included.

In this brand new winter preserving class, learn how to make a fabulous range of bottled produce including a delicious citrus marmalade, bottled winter fruit, dried fruit chutney, Middle Eastern inspired pickle and tastings and demo of dehydrating fruit into leathers.
